I am a diabetic taking metformin 2gms januvia 100 an alfu d for prostratehave observed that the tablets of metformin 1gm and alfu d are excreted in stools which are loose next morning.

These are latest formulations where medicines are sprayed onto a matrix; after the medicines get absorbed, the matrix comes out with stool. This is normal.
