I have consulted a neurologist so he has recommended me gabapin. Just wanted to know will this medicine get my sensations back and reduce the numbness all over my body.

Loss of sensation is a manifestation for which there can be underlying causes like diabetes, vasculitis,hansens disease etc. Loss of sensation means damage has happened to nerves. To get recovery, underlying cause to be found out and treated.
