I am taking glimestar m2 tablet since 3 years continuously ,my blood sugar levels are 128 fasting and 167 post prandial ,i am 42 years old male, but now I want to take a substitute tablet for glimestar m2, please suggest me.

Your fasting blood sugar is slightly high. Pp is acceptable instead of changing medicine you should add some medicine at dinner. Discuss with your treating physician.
