If you do not have any problem, then continue same dose and repeat tsh after 6 weeks.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. TSH 0.423 mU/L is a bit lower than the lower end limit. If your symptoms are all in check and there is no ther problem due to lower TSH then you may have to reduce Levothyroxine dosage by 12.5 mcg per day to 87.5 mcg.. Then check TSH after 6 weeks to see the TSH level. It should be around 3 to 4 mU/L. Even if it is around 1 mU/L is fine. But lower level is to be avoided. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user, the low tsh does suggest that you may need to slightly reduce the thyroxine dose. I suggest that you reduce the dose to 88 ug daily and recheck free t4 and tsh after 6 weeks and get back to me. You have entered your height as 6 feet 6 inches I am sure that is not correct. Is it 5 feet 6 inches?
