I have kidney stone of 11*6 mm problem. I'm taking tamfil s tablets as per doctor consultation. Will it remove automatically after taking this medicine? Also facing low sperm issues after taking this.

It ll not remove the stone automatically. It requires regular follow up to see if stone has passed or not.

Yes possible but not always, it depends upon where was the initial location of stone but as per the studies lower ureteric calculus up to 6 mm medical expulsive therapy is recommended, more the size the chances of spontaneous stone expulsion comes down, you need follow up scan to clear your doubt or consult urologist for more details and correct line of treatment and to preserve your renal function, good luck.

The chance that a 11. 6 mm stone will pass out of the kidney on its own is very little. Tamfil will also not help in its expulsion. It is used only to help expel stones in lower in lower ureter of size less than 1 cm, provided it is not already causing adverse effects on kidney and you are not suffering from fever, continuous pain or blood in urine. See a urologist to get right advise.
