I did my current tsh report after one year of having medicine thyrox 50 the result is 3.69, before it was 6.31, should I continue the same medicine, or any other good medicine you can suggest me thanks.

Yeah, continue the same dose and repeat tsh after 2 months.

Dear lybrate-user, your initial tsh before treatment was 6.31 which is a borderline high value indicating subclinical hypothyroidism. Usually we advice only follow up without meidcation. Let us know if tpo antibodies and free t4 were checked at diagnosis. If not it is worth checking this. I guess you did not notice any improvement in your symptoms with thyrox.
