Hello hope you are doing well 1) I understand your concern about sweat rash/ miliaria. Please understand that marks that are caused by these rashes will take some time to fade off, but it will definitely go by it's own. However, if you do want to apply there are skin lightening creams but these are not usually adviced on children less than 10 years. So it adviced for it to fade on it own. 2) for the heat rash, you can apply - any sooting lotions with calamine + aloe vera twice daily for a cooling effect. - any antihistamine syrups like cetrizine once daily at night (for itching if it persists) - prickly heat cooling powder for dusting (as needed, after lotion dries) - cetaphil non- soap cleanser soap for bath review after 2 weeks. Please do not panic as heat rashes take some time to subside. 3) follow these measures. - wear loose cotton made clothes - apply sunscreen - do not itch as it can lead to secondary bacterial infection - sleep in a cool and ventilated room - avoid over clothing - avoid using irritants and use a non- soap cleanser. - avoid wearing wet clothes. - avoid heat producing food until flare up reduces like root vegetables, spicy foods, spinach, beans and potatoes etc. Hope your query is cleared thank you take care.
