Hi sir/ma'am I have some kind of small abscess between my toes so could I use betamil range cream, will that cure or are there any side effects?

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand you concern, and from your brief history is sound like a fungal infection with bacterial co- infection. A proper diagnosis is required for the proper healing of the lesion, so kindly send me a photo of the lesions, so as to arrive at a diagnosis and guide you through this. Betamil gm cream contains fungal, bacterial and steroidal coverage, so it maybe effective. But it is always better to identify the infection and treat it specifically for proper healing. As for a pure fungal infection, steroid may lead it aggravation of the infection. 2) also follow these measures - keep area always dry - avoid over exposure to water - avoid soaps and detergents - frequent changing of bed linens and towels.- do not share your personal items. - maintain good hygiene.
