Hi Harpreet Kindly make sure that your laptop/books/desktop monitor screen is always at the level of your eyes. Avoid excessive bending/looking up. Keep a neutral position of your neck For pain relief, I advise you to do some gentle chin tuck exercise. Avoid nodding your head. Use a mirror so that you can correct yourself Repeat this for 10 times/ day without excessive pressure or holding during the exercise If you can’t bear your pain at all then apply an ICE PACK on the region where you have maximum pain for about 15 mins.
