I have using melacare cream. Now I stopped it. How can I retrieve my old skin fastly. Please provide some remedies for my skin.

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with spf (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out wear full sleeves shirt.Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details you can consult online.

So it is not supposed to be used as a long term treatment, and for maintainance therapy you can use alternative safe profile medications. 2) kindly provide me with a photo so that I maybe able to diagnose the problem and give you the appropriate treatment. 3) it is very important you follow a healthy skin routine for a healthy skin - start with cleansing your face with facewashes. Use soap-free cleansers like cetaphil or cerave or d-acne. Avoid foamy facewashes. Avoid rubbing of face and only dab the face for drying. - if you have have visible pores and you are prone to blackheads, you can use any alcohol free toners after face wash. Alcohol can sometimes irritate sensitive skin. - next step you can use the serum, preferably containing vit c, squalene, hyluronic acid, retinol complex, rice extracts, salicylic acid, glycolic acids and other aha's. - after serum, use a moisturizer, gel based preferably again you can use cetaphil, cerave, la roche posay, or any moisturizer with an aloe vera or oatmeal, rice extracts for soothing effect. It is very important to use a moisturizer to seal in the moisture. - at daytime, use a sunscreen of spf not less than 50, 2 hours before getting into the sun as it takes that much time for the ingredients to get activated, apply twice once in the morning and next application at noon - drink minimum of 8 glasses of water - maintain a healthy weight and diet. - maintain a proper sleep wake cycle, sleep not less than 8 hours - stress should be managed as stress is directly linked to skin.
