I am 37 years old male on hypertension medications from the age of 29, currently on amlokind at and bp remains normal around 130/80. But my resting heart rate used to run between 55-60. I consulted my physician and he changed my meds to cilnipres 10 (day) and metolar xr 50 (night) for a week now. As of now my resting pulse rate falls between 65-80 most of the time. I just need to know whether I can continue with these meds to get desired results.
