Hello, i?m 18 years old and I have had bad hair loss for 6 years now, 2 months ago I started taking aldactone as prescribed by my dermatologist. I now think I am experiencing low libido, I do not feel the way I once felt and this is very distressing. Please help me. Is this effect permanent or will it go away after stopping the drug. Is there any way you can help fix this? I have another question. I do not have high androgen levels in my body but I have increased follicle sensitivity of my scalp meaning it is more sensitive to normal androgen levels. Is aldactone a good medication for this? Please help me with the libido problem it is very distressing and provide any insight you have on my hair problem. Thank you so much.
