My tsh is 0.08 and I am taking thyronorm with 125 mg power medicine. What does it mean of such tsh level. Is there anything urgent to diagnosis?

You need yo reduce dose to 112.5 micrograms daily and repeat tsh after 6 weeks.

Hello, thanks for the query. Madam your tsh level is too low, it should be maintained around 3 to 4 mu/l. Present level is likely to lead to excessive action of t4. So there is a need to reduce the dosage of levothyroxine from 125 mcg to 100 mcg. Then check tsh after 6 weeks to see if it is with in the recommended range. So from tomorrow reduce the dosage to 100 mcg per day. Plus checking tsh after 6 weeks is a must. Thanks.
