Sir, I am 68 year old copd patient, I am was chain smoker, spirometry test result is (fvc =56) & (fev 1= 45), I am now taking medicine such as brofil sr, daw lm, calgrow forte (whole medicine taking at night, loftair inhaler (at morning), nebulization twice a day. I am getting treatment from Dr. R.k. Chopra (from pune, rubby hall), but because of lock down he didn't visit yet in ahmednagar, now I am feeling breathless during up stairs and light work also, so please guide mi whether medicines are right or do some other.

You can take duolin nebulisation three times a day ,with inhalers. But please make sure you don't have tachycardia or else decrease the dose.
