Hello sir / mam, my father is diabetic ,recently met with an accident trauma, after that immediately craniotomy had to be done. One and half years ago, angioplasty had done. He was advised novostatin, ticagrlior, prolomet, tonact. But now after craniotomy, their medicines had been stopped since 15 days now, i'm little bit confused whether to resume old medicines or not? Please guide me.

See if his discharge summary has details of what medicines he should continue long term.
