I have been taking thyronorm medicines cause of thyroid problem during my pregnancy from 5 years. My medicine was 100 mcg on weekdays and 125 mcg on weekends. Report of t3 is 0.82 t4 is 8.65 and tsh is 0.79. Doctor told me that tsh level below 1 is very dangerous and I need to reduce my medicine to 50 mcg as my neck does not show any bulge. After 20 days I took test and report is t3 0.81 t4 is 5.19 tsh is 21. 1. Should I move back to my prev dose? Was my prev tsh very low? 2. Any other test needed like antibody or selenium? 3. My diet is not very high in fried and am going for walk and yoga. Does it help in getting rid of medicine in any way. I am 8 kgs overweight. Pls suggest thank you.
