A child aged 10 years is reported to be having foveal scar, doctor took image of the eye (no provision to lias image here else I would have shared.) the children parents belong to low income group and low literacy level. Doctor said that nothing to be done, no advises, the child has been asked to visit after one year. No medicine, no drops, no specs .parents are confused as no treatment was suggested, no care was suggested. Pls help by providing advise. Children central vision is in affected state.
