Ma'am, my father is diabetic, and he was having diabetic treatment since long time. Which includes trivoglitor. But now after operation his sugar level is not under control. His fasting blood glucose is between 150 - 160 n post meal glucose level is between 220 - 250, even with being under insulin treatment (12 unit before breakfast n 10 units before dinner). Kindly guide me, whether to continue with insulin or start with old drug trivoglitor?
