My tsh (thyroid) value in 2017: 8 in 2018: 7 in 2020: 6 due to this my heart and liver is getting affected. Is levothyroxine required or alternate medicines work.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, the borderline high tsh levels over the last 3 years indicate that you have subclinical hypothyroidism. As the tsh is remaining more or less at the same level, it is not the cause for heart or liver problems. Thisonly needs once a year follow up and no medication at present professor m s seshadri.
