lybrate-user you bp is staying 100/80 there is possibility of cilacar at such bp to cause postural fall in bp resulting in fainting. I would advice you to check your bp every morning for 3 days as well as once check bp in sitting and then standing at end of 3 minutes. You need to stop bp medicines wait for bp to raise and monitor it daily and once its above 140/90mmhg than meet with doctor and start on something milder medicines. Of course you need to keep close watch on blood pressure.
