I am 35 years old (60 kg ). I got hypertension from 5 months. I had vertigo and tachycardia before hypertension. Now I am taking metoprolol 25 mg and trika 0.25 mg. I am getting problem in the morning after waking up when I stand my heart rate is increasing to 120 to 130 beats per min but not feeling palpitations. After having breakfast and tablet it is gradually decreasing to 90 beats per min after 2 hrs. Is my treatment is going correct or not? I have sleeping problem also. While getting sleep suddenly heart beat increases and I come out of sleep. Why it is happening and what shall I do?
