My front two teeth I would like to have them a bit longer than rest of the teeth. I have already gotten crown fittings for my front 4 teeth, 2 times earlier, but not so satisfied. I want the front two teeth to be a little longer for better smile, else my smile looks so straight. Please suggest if I would need to get new crowns fitted, or is there any procedure to elongate the two teeth externally? Also, would this affect the 2 teeth ((incisors) beside my front two teeth? How much would this cost as well.

Upper crowns are always placed according to the height of lower central insisors. It can be done only by trimming lower central insisors. Otherwise occlusion will be impaired. Kindly visit nearest dentist. Cost depends on material. Usually 2000-3000 (for metal ceramic crowns)
