Why would you go against the doctor's orders? Unless you go for therapy, you may not get off of this medication that easily. You are feeling better because of the medication. So, if you want to stop, you must consult your doctor. There is a course, and dosages are tapered off as per your improvement. If you stop abruptly, you will experience a relapses which can be worse than the first attack. What you are suffering from is aa serious disorder and needs continuous medication unless you work with a therapist.
