The frequent sore throat may have some connection. This sensation often occurs when you have some infection, usually viral, in the nasopharengeal region. This results in altered pressure on the two sides of the tympanic membrane.

This can be due to wax or fluid in the ear behind the ear drum/tympanic membrane that can be due to recurrent sore throat bcz of blockage of eustachian tube that equalizes pressure on both side of ear drum.Do warm saline gargles and steam inhalation 2 times a day along with an antibiotic course during sore throat.
