I am taking clonotril .25 mg half tablet and xet cr 12.5 mg daily one tablet for last 18 months. Recently I read gaba supplement is equally beneficial for relieving anxiety and blood pressure. It is kindly requested to advice me whether I can take gaba supplements.

Gaba is a neurotransmitter already present in your body. Clonotril works on gaba that is already there in your brain. You don't have to take additional gaba supplements from outside - there are no solid evidence for that.

Gaba supplements have less evidence and not in wide use, compared with the medications you already are taking. You can discuss with your treating psychiatrist, who would know about your anxiety better. Good luck.
