I am taking glix Mr. 30 (gliclazide) twice a day morning and evening. Should it be once 60 mg ?teneligliptin 20 also taking before lunch. Fbs 110, ppbs150.

Dear lybrate-user, judging from your blood sugar readings your current treatment is working well for you do not change it, if you do that, you will have unexpected low sugar problems during daytime before lunch and dinner and your fasting blood sugar will go out of control regards

First of all gliclazide 30/60 dose is only available for once daily not for twice bcz it's a sustain release formulation and secondly your blood glucose is normal!
