I am taking thyronorm 62.5 mcg last 10 years, my tsh stays 1 to 2 u/l, I feel cold every time, I feel hot at little hot day, feel very weak every time, low energy, at afternoon and evening my hans finger gets pain, weight less like feel, pressure is 70 to 110, sugar nil, any other problem nil, age 40, weight 52 kg, hight 5 f 4 inch, should I chang any thing or take any others medicine to improve those symptoms? Hello, thanks for the query. I do get a feeling I might have answered the same question earlier. Anyways, from the details given your hypothyroidism is well controlled if tsh is around 1 to 2 mu/l. With that it is difficult to understand why the symptoms that you have complained are present. Plus you have mentioned blood glucose level is also normal. So it is not clear to me why the present symptoms are present. So if possible please consult a local physician by actually meeting and explaining the details. Thanks.

Continue same thyroid medication. Take vitamin b12.
