I am not diabetic. Today I am checked post prandial blood sugars at after 2 hours of afternoon lunch the result is 134. Is it ok or not? How often check my sugar. Pls advice. Regards.

Hello, it's absolutely normal blood sugar value. You have not mentioned your age. If you are above 40 years and has got family history of diabetes then you need to check your sugar levels every year. Hope that helps you.

According to the post prandial result it's ok. You should check fasting blood sugar and pp sugar in the same day. Try to make a diary to write down the values whenever you check. Check hba1c value every 3 months. Good luck.
