I am a diabetic type 2 and maintaining it with tablet once a day 500 mg dsr. I take ecosprin av 75 and older tan h 20 tablets .at night I take laveta m tablet .can I take calciquick d3 60k capsule once a week .now I have slight shoulder pain at morning.

Hello, Thanks for the query. You can take the Vitamin D tablets if you feel so. However, shoulder pain in diabetes could be due to frozen shoulder a complication associated with diabetes. Since I have no idea about what your HbA1c% and FBG & PP glucose levels, no further comments can be made. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user, your left shoulder pain in the morning is probably due to periarthritis of the shoulder a common problem in diabetes. Maintain your blood sugars under good control. Use volini spray twice daily on left shoulder, use hot wate rfomentation 15 min later and then do gentle exercises of the left shoulder to improve movements at the joint
