I have a chest rash which is painless, but slightly itchy and red. It looks like a lot of tiny red bumps spread across the top of my chest. I have had shingles before, and it looked like this, and was also painless, this was more than 15 years ago. Can I use an antihistamine cream to see if it will go away?
