Hi everyone i'm 21 my problem is of sighing alot like every 10-15 min I sigh, I think it's because of work stress but this sighing is not going as last time it was gone. When I sleep I feel anxiety like near my heart then I have a sigh and that pain like feeling like anxiety is relived. This has happened yesterday and today only is it just anxiety or anything serious. I have little anxiety and depression. But i'm managing it via meditation and yoga. Please i'm very tense because of this problem.
