Hey doctor, i'm facing some skin problem on my face. Actually i'm not even getting what the thing is but there is some puffed by rashes occurs on my upper lip and chin area. It's not red nor it does itches. It's not even visible while seeing it. But when I touch affected area it's like rashes thing. Please help. What should I do. I don't even wear makeup but uses himalaya neem face wash and that's it I did to my face. Just help me. Please.
