hello you can take whey protein it doesn't have any side effects as it is pure milk protein but if u still want to go for vegan protein you can go for vegan protein sources like soya or peas protein or a combination of pea and rice protein. u can check branda like unived, oziva, my protein but along with protein right timing and better whole diet also plays a geat role

This is not true. But proteins are effective only if taken after strengthening exercises. Otherwise of no use. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
