Yes you can take the capsules and can also apply them on the skin occasionally. Do not expect miracles, lot of ageing is related to stress, genetics, environment, pollution, diet and life style. E can change a few things but not every thing

Good evening lybrate-user. Evion 400 is a vitamin e supplement. It has antioxidant properties and helps in reducing sun damage and retarding the skin ageing process. You can certainly take it as part of your anti ageing regimen. In addition, I also recommend the following practices to enhance your anti ageing regimen - 1) sun protection - since most people are only worried about their faces when it comes to ageing, I recommend you used sunscreen over the face and neck (if exposed to the sun) and also use sun protective measures like a wide hat or an umbrella. 2) add vitamin c based serums and retinol based night creams to your skin care regimen. 3) get plenty of exercise and eat well balanced meals.
