I am 24 years old man and 4 to 3 days my left eye is so much flickering (means zap rahi h bar bar) please suggest me any prescription for my eye. My eyes sight has been low and its my lens power is -0.6 approx. Thank you very much.`

Eyelid flicker could be a sign of tiredness, lack of sleep, overwork, too much travel, inadequate or inappropriate food, and so on. Usually, it is a minor & vague sign of general debility. Correct the above states, if any, in your present lifestyle. In addition, wash your closed eyes gently with cold (not chilled) water, eat well and get some rest. Inform us if there is no improvement with these measures.
