I am 23 years old and for last 2 weeks am suffering from fever. Had some cold but right now I am OK but there is continuously bleeding through nose and also have some headache for last few days.

It could have been viral infection, because of the rhinitis the internal nose (nostril) must have been developed some lesion and that might have been bleeds, but this is nothing to worry, if the symptoms of bleeding continues then it need to be seen clinically and it can never be taken as granted, else no need to worry.
