I am taking one diamicron 30 xr and one volix o.3 mg.but my sugar is not in control. It is 180 and 380 pre and post meal. Pl.tell me which medicine dose I have to increase diamicron 30 xr or volix 0.3 mg.

Please increase the dose of diamicron xr to 60 mg in the morning and 30 mg in the night. Volix is s very mild drug. Why were you not started on metformin? If you can help me with your creatinine, urea and hba1c we can start you on metformin plus gliptin if there is no contraindication.

You need to stop these medicine as your sugars are not under control which can lead to major diabetic complications. Fasting should be less than 130 and post lunch should be less than 180 start combination of oral anti diabetic medications for good control.
