Hello, for 3 days I have red spots that appeared in my body in specific areas such as middle body arms and hips, it looks as atopic dermatitis but without itching or any other symptom. This happened after heat increased in my location. What shall I do so it will stop spreading in my body? Is it okay to have every day bath in that case or makes it worse? Currently, I am not in any medication or have appeared any allergy. Thanks in advance.
