Loose motions are side effect of augmentin. Stop augmentin use syrup phexin 250 3 ml twice daily. Econorm sachets 1 sachet twice daily for 3 days znd drops 0.5 ml once daily for 10 days.

Hi lybrate-user, no need to worry as these loose stool is because of augmentin. So when you complete its course it will become alright. There is nothing related to your diet though you are giving bf. So relax if baby is active.

Loose stools is because of augmentin. Stop augmentin give. 1. Gutspore ampoules: half ampoules twice daily for three days 2. Taxim-o drops: 18 drops twice daily for 5 days. 3. Keep applying t- bach ointment two to three times daily.

Loose stools happen as a side effect of many antibiotics. As long as baby is not dehydrated, you need not worry. Feed the baby frequently. Use a good nappy rash cream.
