2 days back, I had a feeling of burning sensation above my upper lips. At that time, my skin was red. I was not able to touch there due to this sensation. And today it turns to light blackish color. I don't have burning sensation now. But the area is very dry now. What is the reason for this? I didn't used any products there before it happens. What can be the reason. please help me.
