Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, there is very little vital information given apart from blood glucose levels between 220 to 230 mg, (ot specified as FBG or PP). To give any suggestions I need following information, age of the patient, FBG, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern in detail, lipid profile, BP readings & dosage of current treatment being taken. It is better if you come back with these details in a private conversation, then I will be able to give specific guidance and even prescribe drugs if required. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines, no drugs can be prescribed. So please decide and do come back with necessary details.. Thanks.
