Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, I need to know following details : Her T3, T4 as well as current TSH levels(which is given). Plus her weight, height, symptoms if any and lipid profile. Since you have mentioned she has anemia then please get a hemogram and peripheral smear to understand the situation clearly. After getting all the necessary information I will be able to give proper guidane. It is better if you come in a private conversation with all the details as in that I will be able to prescribe the necessary drugs. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guidelines. No drugs can be prescribed. I hope you understand. I await your prompt response. In a well controlled hypothyroidism case TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L at which level all the symptoms are in check. To calculate correct dosage I need to know her weight, height and other hormone levels(3 & T4). Thanks.
