Hii, my husband is 34 years old, he is suffering from knee joint pain. Have done an mri everything seems to be normal. Report says 1) minimal synovial effusion. 2) no other abnormalities seen. He has a slight pain from top of knee to the little finger, but it happens at times. This started 6 months back while playing football. Now my concern is what exercise will he be able to do. And what other precautions to be taken.

Hi mam, Any Inflammation in the knee joint can cause pain. Moreover you have done MRI , so we can rule out any ligament tear as sir plays football. To find out if there is any inflammation we can do a simple blood investigation , so that we can rule out. Thank you
