Hello. Yes you can use cetaphil soap on face, particularly effective for oily skin bacause it drys the skin a bit. But soap can never whiten the skin. Like ny other soap or products if you develop rashes or itching after its use. Den stop it. Thanks.

Cetaphil soap is a syndet ph -soap it can be used on face it helps in maintains the moisture of the skin it is not meant for whitening purpose.

Good morning lybrate-user. Cetaphil syndet bar (if this is the one you are talking about) is a syndet based cleanser. It's ph matches the skin so it is suitable for sensitive skin and also contains moisturizers. It does not permanently whiten skin as it does not have any depigmention properties. Regarding side effect profile, it has less side effects than any general bar of soap available in the market.

Soap is good for general use including face. It is not have any whitening effect. For face, facewash will better. Usually this soap has no side effects but it is better for winter not for summer.
