Hello. Yes you can use clindoxyl gel just after face wash. Since you are having acne for last 5 months, be under regular follow up with the dermatolgist. According to the severity (grade) treatment can be modified. Avoid photo exposure. Thanks.

Hi! use clindoxyl gel after the skin is dried completely and not on the wet face. Acne or pimples is an age related skin problem (13-23 years ,usually) which has ups and downs of the lesions. But if it is persisting beyond this age or if acne is in jaw distribution or atypical lesions appear on the skin, hormonal imbalances like pcod, thyroid dysfunction, prolactinemia etched to be assessed. Need blood tests and ultrasound pelvis needed to find out the underlying association with your pimples/acne if any. Depending on the diet which you take, acne will be under your control. Please don't touch your pimples with your hands as it can cause spots and can aggravate pimples also. Reduce oily foods, sweets ,chocolates, non vegetarian foods like red meat, chicken ,eggs, dairy products as these foods can aggravate acne. You can do private online consult and show your skin pics and chat such that you can a better solution. Please don't worry ,as most of them get solution for pimples and get a clear skin if they follow instructions and medication.
