What is your age. Check your bp, thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting from lab. It can be because of orthostatic hypotension also called postural hypotension. It is a form of low blood pressure that happens when you stand up from sitting or lying down. Orthostatic hypotension can make you feel dizzy or lightheaded, and maybe even cause you to faint. Dehydration is the most common cause. Drink plenty of fluids in the form of water, aam panna, narial pani, bel sharbat, chaach, shikanji etc.

Dear user, keep a check on your blood pressure on a routine basis. Also keep a check on few things such as stop drinking alcohol, take more salt, take a plently amount of water, excercise regularly, do not change your positions suddenly (eg - don't get up suddenly if you are lying and vice-versa), take small but frequent meals, avoid sugar content. Good luck.
