Suddenly I got a pain in right side knee. Its almost 10 days. Im not getting that much pain if I sit constantly at one place. And im getting pain when folding leg or moving my previous used medications are 1) tab rantac 150 mg 2) acecloplus and I have taken xray (its clear) there is no injury I have taken physiotherapy treatment for 4 days (but there is no cure) and finally I have taken mri scan findings are 1) mild suprapatellar and intra articular effusion seen 2) grade linear signal intensity changes in lateral meniscus body, posterior horn not reaching upto the articular surface ,posterior horn not amounting to tear got this findings in my mri scan for right knee pls suggest best treatment to cure this because im a dance instructor and legs are my life without this my life is incomplete and even I can not imagine my life and I got this type of pain for the first time. I didn't do heavy moves from last 3 months. But dunno why I got this.

You can take anti inflammatory drug , as the fluid inside your knee may be inflamed. Complete rest for 6 weeks with knee brace to be worn while walking. This is the first line of conservative management. Thank you
