Does cremagel cream heal fissures or just bring down the pain? And what about xylocaine gel? And how long will the effect last for both?

Cremagel ointment relaxes the muscles around our anus. So it relieves the pain as well as helps in healing of anal fissure. Xylocaine only relieves pain. No role with muscles .so healing is not affected. Affect will last for long if you can avoid constipation and straining. However, if these two are not under control, then it will come back again very shortly.
