There is probabiity of relapse of depressive symptoms especially in stressful periods. Your doctor might have advised quetiapine in view of sleep impairment, complaint of fear and decreased oral intake. Yes, quetiapine do cause increased sleep but it can be only ascertained only after you start taking it. Tancodep is a combination of antidepressant and a sleeping/anti anxiety pill which will help you fall sleep better with lesser anxiety and may help alleviate your sad mood state if you take it continuously for weeks together. You can discuss with your psychiatrist to substitute it with some other medication if you find it difficult to tolerate.

Dear user I can understand your problem if you want a permanent solution of your problem you should choose counseling. I think you you have to feed your baby atleast for one year so medicines are not a good idea. In my opinion you can take minimum medicines for sometime with counseling, counseling is must so that you would able to control your thoughts on your own and finally try to get rid of medicines with a strong willpower. I don't know what are the circumstances under which you are taking medicines, I want to know the whole details about your disorder. But due to certain reasons if you are on antidepressants you have to take some extra care of yourself. You need counseling session for a better control on this disorder and medicines. Medicines are not the only solution, do not make it a habit fir future, counseling is a best option for you so that you could better understand yourself and save yourself from the side effects of medicines. Please call and discuss your problem in detail and then ll be able to help you better.

Medicine prescribed by you is already in very light dose so you can take 1 tab each .as if you will reduce it it won't treat your problems. My advice is continues as advised by your doctors.
