Mam I think I have a dyshidrotic eczema in my foot & palm please suggest me some cream & in my any where ring worm can happen certainly what would I do already I discuss with skin doctor he give me itraconazole 200 twice a day for 15 days but that medicine won't suit me & start problem in my digestive prob.

Hi .please do not self diagnose and start unnecessary medications. Drugs for eczema and ring worm infection are different. For eczema usually we prescribe topical steroid and for ring worm infection both topical (like luliconazole sertaconazole etc) and oral itraconazole/ terbinafine/griseofulvin etc) are effective. In palm and foot, you may have ringworm, eczema, psoriasis and many other diseases. For tinea, itraconazole is a good drug. If gestric problem is severe, than can change to terbinafine, gresiofulvin. Along with this you should maintain proper hygiene. Wash with soap, clean and dry with towel and than apply antifungal creams (cwin cream etc.). For palm and sole, you should discuss what exactly this and take proper treatment according.
